Pale, delicate and poised with Òwet pebble mineralityÓ and a
nuance of vanilla. Finish dry with Granny Smith apple crispness.
Seared salmon, ratatouille with parmesan crisp

Pale, expressive Riesling, on the nose blossom, lime and
grapefruit. The palate is a whisker from bone dry, with racy
acidity and plenty of citrus.
Tea smoked duck breast, sweet and sour sauce and pineapple salsa

Wonderfully aromatic Pinot Gris, ripe fruit, pears and honey, on
the palate spicy white pepper and pineapple.
Spiced pigeon breast with fig tart Tatin,
Prunes wrapped in bacon and port sauce

The nose is dominated by blackberries and cherries. The palate is
silky smooth with a fine balance of fruit and tannin.

the forest, vanilla and warm spices. Full bodied and smooth with
velvety soft tannins

The bouquet has hints of honeycomb and red berries. The palate
spice and pepper with a hint of liquorice.
