Aromatic rich bouquet lots of length and fruit acidity; absolute classic.

Heinrich Hartl, Rotgipfler
2009

Rotgipfler

Medium-dry, fresh, spicy,lemon and lime, ginger and white pepper. On lees five months. Silver award from Decanter (2010).

Planeta Santa Cecilia 2007 14%

Nero d’Avola

SE Sicily (Noto).  Rounded, intense, well balanced.  Much discussion on whether its excellence derived from area or age.

Barbaresco Riserva 2004 DOCG 13.5%

Nebbiolo

“The perfumed purity of the fruit carries all the way through to the deeply satisfying, resonating finish.” Farr.
Ideal with red meat, game, mature cheese.

La Croix de Gay
2002 12.5%

Merlot Cabernet Franc

On the nose this right bank wine has aromas of raspberries, cherries and coffee. The palate is rich and well rounded with plenty of fruit and a lovely soft round texture.

Petit Manseng

Tangerines and peaches, marmalade...lychees on nose… went well with Bleu de Basques cheese… some found it superb and some found it sweet and sour…
