Midnight ruby in colour and deeply concentrated. Floral, damson and blackberry fruit and chocolate aromas enhanced by fine white pepper and cinnamon, finishing with intense violet florals.. Lushness and density on the palate, with elegant black fruit, raspberry, voluptuous spicy oak and white pepper flavours and fine natural acidity. The wine finishes with a haunting memory of fine spice. Aged in French oak barriques for up to 16 months. Best decanted.
